I agree with Alby. A host that doesn't allow you to send forms?? Lame.Have you actually tteesd the form? Did you get an error message? Have you talked to your host? Most hosts do disable smtp due to spamming but this generally applies to local email clients like Thunderbird and Outlook, and in that case you use your isp to send mail but this won't work for forms. Have you talked to the host about ewhat they offer in the way of form options?What operating system is your hosting using? If it's Unix/Linux there should be a program called Sendmail, and if that's the case, you could use a perl form script.To answer your questions:1. Would be a security breach and is probably blocked by hosts.2. You can configure a form to write to a text file on your hosting account. I forgot how to do it though it's been years, lol.
