I have a serious preblom with ICE, more exactly with Bruce Neidlinger. In December 2010 I paced an online order for 53 books totaling some 2,500 USD. These would be delivered to me in Belgium within 14 days. Today, more than 14 months later, I only received 16, less than 1/3 of the total amount. Bruce Neidlinger no longer mails or replies, he kept sending excuses for some 10 months on end.I have now a US legal advisor here in Belgium to take legal action against ICE but I'm affraid the fallout might spoil it for you, a fellow ICE collector, and for most people in the Guild Companion.Do you and your friends and contacts have any way of pressuring ICE to deliver the items before we initiate legal actions (and most likely a public campign to expose this online sales scam)? I was wondering if it would be possible to use your nut roast recipe and photo (from your yule website) for a Christmas article in a New Zealand Vegan magazine?
